Even if South African Registrations CC or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service.

Indemnification you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless South African Registrations CC, its officers, members, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service.

Refund policy

South African Registrations CC makes no warranty as to when, or if, any given Company Registration, CC Registration, Tax clearance application, Tax registration, PAYE, SDL and UIF registration, WCA registration, VAT registration or any other registration you apply for on our website will be successful. Any errors found will be corrected as soon as possible; however errors in any application submitted to us will be accepted and considered true and correct by the applicant.

It is your responsibility to make sure your information is correct on all application forms and that you require the particular product or service. If our website is used by you for any applications, we rendered a full or part service and/or paid any costs to third parties and incurred any expenses on your behalf; you are liable for full payment of the entire product or services that you applied for.

You understand and accept that our services are time based and should we receive a cancellation request in writing or by email from you within 2 hours after request for any service or product you applied for, we will refund you the full amount paid, subject to a R150.00 (one hundred and fifty rand) administration fee payable to cover our time spend on your application or request. Costs paid on your behalf or expense incurred on your behalf will also be due and payable by you. These costs we will deduct from the amount that we refund to you. By using our website you agree to this refund policy.

South African Registrations reserves the right to reject or cancel any application, in such case the full amount paid will be refunded to the applicant. Any price or fee quoted on our website may be changed at any time without prior notification to the applicant.

Submission of Annual Returns

By applying for annual return submission you grand us permission to act as your representative, customer and/or agent and to submit such information to the Registrar of Companies and Close Corporations on your behalf. You confirm that all information supplied to us is true and correct in every aspect and to notify us immediately should there be any errors in your application.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless South African Registrations CC, its accounting officers, members, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party against incorrect, wrong and/or misleading information supplied and accept total responsibility for such information we submit on your behalf.

The choice to appoint one of our Accounting Officer as your new Accounting Officer is yours and should you indicate that you do not have an Accounting Officer, we will appoint Dirk de Beer as your new Accounting Officer.

You understand that it will be your responsibility to sign the CK2A document we send you and to return this to our office by registered mail for registration with the Registrar of Close Corporations. Registration of all changed information will only take effect on registration of the CK2/CK2A.
